How to book via the app

Booking via the website

1. Click on our Booking Studio Time Online page

2. Select which option you'd like to book. The options are split via studio and off peak or peak times.

3. Browse the dates and times available for hire on the calendar

4. Select the day and time you'd like and check the relevant box if you'd like to extend your booking past an hours slot.

5. If you're booking a one-off booking, click continue and input your information to secure your booking.

6. If you'd like to book a couple of different days/times, click add a time and select your next booking.

7. If you'd like to make your booking a recurring booking, click recurring and set how many weeks you'd like. You are limited to 3 months in advance but if you'd like your booking to continue forever just let me know and I'll set this up.

8. Continue to the info page, fill out your information and read and accept our booking conditions.

9. You are then booked in.

10. You will receive an invoice from us to bank transfer your payment. Payment must be made 48 hours before your booking, or asap if you've booked within the 48 hour window.

Download the app for future bookings

You will be given a QR code on booking completion. Scan the code to download the Acuity Scheduling Client app. This makes keeping track of your bookings and making future bookings a piece of cake.

Booking via the app

1. Once the app is installed tap on the add a business (the plus sign in the right corner) and type Flame Studios to add us.

2. You can then click on our business to access the bookings calendar in the future and book more studio time.

3. Find you bookings under the calendar logo at the bottom of the page.
