What data do we collect?

Our company collects the following data:

  • Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number).

  • Booking information (Date and time of studio hire, purpose of hire).

  • Records on our staff, customers, and visitors to support the NHS Wales Test, Trace, Protect scheme (Name, contact telephone number, date of visit, time of visit).

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide our company with most of the data we collect. We collect and process data when you:

  • Book via our booking system, email, or in person for studio hire.

  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

  • Complete a Test, Trace, Protect Google form.

 

How will we use your data?

Our company collects your data so that we can:

  • Manage your studio hire bookings and account.

  • Email you with information about your bookings, provide newsletters, and inform you about events and activities at the studio.

  • Contact you via telephone regarding your bookings.

  • Strategise our studio schedule.

  • Provide information to NHS Wales for the Test, Trace, Protect programme if necessary. The Test, Trace, Protect information will not be used by Flame Studios for any other purpose.

How do we store your data?

Our company securely stores your data on Google Drive. The Google Drive account has a 2-step verification process to keep your data secure.

Our company will keep your personal identification information and booking information for the entire period that you use our services. Once you have informed us that you will no longer be using our services, we will delete your data (unless otherwise stated) by deleting all data linked to you on Google Drive. Photos and videos will be kept for marketing purposes unless you express your wish for us to delete certain images.

Marketing

Our company would like to send you information about studio hire, events, and activities that we think you might like.

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop our company from contacting you for marketing purposes.

If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please email us to let us know.

Our company would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
